@ Applies when a local guide is not taken from Tornos and outside local guide conducts tours (though it does not apply in case of DOT approved accompanying guide travelling with the guests from outside. Similarly when an experience transfers are required before, after or during the city tour and the experience has not been taken from us.
^ Night allowance is applicable from 2100 hrs. to 0600 hrs.
PLEASE NOTE :
- Car rates include car managers’ day allowance, parking fee, toll charges and all interstate taxes.
- Assistance (Representative) on arrivals and departures for all leisure movements are a part of our standard service policy thus is included. Assistance for corporate movements only on request.
- Unlimited supply of bottled water (250ml / 500ml in bottle cooler ice-box), wet & dry tissues, hand sanitizer, umbrella, certified first-aid kit, goodies basket (chips, biscuits, chocolates, moong dal, cake, candies), ORS (oral re-hydration solution) in summers, with daily replenishment is a part of standard inclusion in all cars and forms a part of our standard service policy. While additionally, aerated drinks, juices and fresh uncut fruits are placed for outstation trips.
- Our car-managers (drivers) are in full uniform as a part of our standard service policy (White bandh-gala coat, black trousers & black leather shoes).
